HCMUD 450 has had an agreement for cameras in the boundaries of HCMUD 450 with Flock Safety since September 2023.
However, HCMUD 450 wants to make sure that the public is aware that, unlike Flock Safety’s contracts with homeowner’s associations or governmental entities that provide their own law enforcement services, neither HCMUD 450, nor its Board of Directors or consultants have ever had access to any of the data obtained by the cameras.
The cameras are only for use by authorized members of law enforcement.
